Full Time Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time office assistant that is flexible and has a desire to become a part of our team. Our company works mainly with office furniture and we have a friendly sales environment with friendly staff and most importantly great customers who frequent our showroom.

The primary role we need filled is as an Office Assistant who can work one-on-one with our company manager to complete tasks needed to insure that all customers are helped and all projects are completed on a timely basis. This may include greeting customers, taking phone calls, data entry, keeping the office and showroom clean and occasionally assist our team with light furniture assembly projects.

Job Description

  • Answer Phones
  • Greet Clients
  • Assist Customers and Clients in the Purchasing Process
  • Clerical Duties including Data Entry, Order Entry and Filing
  • Manage On-Hand and Incoming Inventory
  • Maintain Office Cleanliness and Supplies
  • Occasionally help load vehicles
  • Occasionally do light furniture assembly

Requirements

  • Polite and able to communicate with clients professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Accurately enter data and use PC for various tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
